    Introduction
    The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your goal is to create an outstanding employee experience for IBMers by delivering HR-related services and supporting our employees as they support our customers and clients. In this role, you can be part of a team that works with all areas of our global organization and is empowered to achieve goals that align with IBM strategy.

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    The Payments Desk carries objectives HR and Travel & Expense:

    1. To execute payments to employees / corporate cards for Hong Kong and Taiwan, and other countries, as needed.

    2. To execute the said activity in a timely and accurate manner.

    3. To respond on any questions pertaining to payments of reimbursements.

    4. To re-process any payment reject, as needed.

    5. To engage other downstream processes, as needed.

    6. To perform any post audit activities (for example, taxation), as needed.

    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Background in Expense Reimbursement / Payroll as an HR Process is a must.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Data-driven.
    • Can do complex Problem-Solving.
    • Has People Skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Tools is a MUST.
